• Acts as a project team leader on strategic, complex customer engagements • Serves as a mentor and coach to FSAs and Senior FSAs • Works with Account Managers to develop solutions for complex problems/projects • Builds advanced technology solution architectures • Drives growth of advanced technology revenue and GP • Discerns potential opportunities during the sales cycle • Provides detailed documentation of the discernment process • Defines business solutions leveraging the value of our solutions • Partners with Account Managers and Sales Managers to identify IT solutions opportunities • Engages in customer calls to qualify advanced technology opportunities • Works with sales teams to ensure full enablement of the advanced technology solutions • Provides targeted enablement trainings internally to Sales teams • Supports events such as Tech Showcase and vendor conferences • Helps create and execute strategic initiatives toward organizational development • Participates in Solution Development teams and maintains strategic vision • Builds and maintains expert-level skillsets necessary for high-value customer interactions
