Job Requirements

Proven team leadership: Experience leading and scaling product design teams of 8-15+ in high-growth, product-led environments.
Domain expertise in crypto or trading plus real experience in wealth, investment, or fintech products.
Strong point of view on design and how it shapes product strategy.
Hands-on design skills with tools like Figma.
Outstanding product intuition and ability to challenge assumptions.
Operational rigor and ability to install systems that raise quality.
