• Own the Independent Channel advisor segment, including recruiting, onboarding, activation, and ongoing growth. • Build and execute the operating model for this segment: playbooks, sales scripts, targets, processes, partnerships, advisor experience, etc. • Deliver meaningful year-one traction: accelerate Brokerage Manager performance, grow active advisors, and increase revenue contribution. • Manage and mentor a team of Brokerage Managers, providing day-to-day support, strategic guidance, and performance oversight. • Train and reinforce using Modern Life’s technology to enhance both Brokerage Manager and advisor experience. • Own the full lifecycle of our Brokerage Manager team: hiring, developing, and assessing performance. • Provide senior leadership clear, forward-looking visibility into market trends, funnel health, and emerging opportunities. • Build and activate a high-quality pipeline of independent and career advisors through targeted outreach, industry events, and your established network. • Expand Modern Life’s reach by turning key relationships into strategic partnerships and revenue opportunities.
