Job Description

• Lead the development of frameworks, demo strategies, and customer experience motions • Elevate how Solutions Consulting communicates value • Serve as the executive voice on opportunity qualification and deal strategy • Build a consistent operating rhythm for the SC function • Develop SC leaders and team members by setting clear performance expectations

Job Requirements

15+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solutions consulting, or solution architecture for enterprise SaaS, ideally within MarTech, AdTech, or B2B data platforms, with 10+ years in leadership and scaling roles
Proven competence with modern AI technologies
Deep understanding of ABM, B2B marketing technology stacks, identity resolution, intent data, and data integration patterns.
Proven ability to foster a win together mentality
Hands-on experience with enterprise integrations such as CRM (Salesforce), MAPs (Marketo or Eloqua), DSPs, CDPs, and modern cloud architectures.
Strong business acumen and leadership
Experience designing and delivering complex POCs and reference architectures for enterprise buyers.
Excellent people leadership capabilities
Outstanding communication skills and executive presence
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
