Job Requirements
- Licensed in good standing to practice law in the State of Texas
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Non-Profit and Transactional Real Estate law
- Facilitate real estate deals
- Review/Draft client documents required for HUD applications to purchase properties
- Experience with TPA applications for HUD (Transfer of Physical Assets)
- Non-Profit side: Research/Draft/Review contracts, by-laws
- Experience establishing and operational requirements for non-profit entities
- Well-organized and proven ability to meet deadlines
- Self-starter and able to work independently
