Job Description

• Support ongoing administration of global equity plans • Keep up with equity ticketing escalations • Aid changes to existing and implementation of future equity programs • Maintain data integrity in the equity platform • Develop automated processes and tools for plan administration • Work with HR to ensure accurate employee data • Collaborate with Payroll on tax positions and data integrity • Communicate with internal groups for reporting • Provide supporting records to auditors • Ensure compliance with policies and SOX controls • Analyze data sets and provide insights

Job Requirements

4+ years of experience in stock plan administration at a publicly traded company
Understanding of global equity operations and taxation
Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
Strong cross-functional relationship building
Ability to distill complex concepts into simple communications
Customer-obsessed attitude for equity participant support
Ability to work independently and with a team
Strong Excel skills
CEP designation or working towards it.
Knowledge of Workday, ADP, stock plan services recordkeeping platforms (plus)
