Job Description

• Develop and execute a strategic business plan for your territory • Identify and qualify new leads through research, networking, and site visits • Manage the sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM • Coordinate with technical, marketing, and proposal teams to craft winning bids • Lead RFP/RFI responses and partner strategy • Build executive-level relationships and ensure stakeholder alignment • Track competitor activity and market trends • Close collaboration with our Key account managers • Travel to customer sites (~40%) and leverage virtual engagement as needed • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of successful enterprise software sales experience in the electric utility sector
  • Proven ability to win new business and expand customer base
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
  • Asset: knowledge of SCADA, ADMS, EMS, GMS, and IT/OT convergence experience selling enterprise software solutions to electric utility.
