Job Description

• Develop GTM strategies, frameworks and tactics that deliver improvements in overall effectiveness of functions that bring our Healthcare solutions to market. • Collaborate with product and cross functional teams to develop, design, and deliver specific and consistent GTM strategy and readiness plans for new product launches, product enhancements, migrations, etc. • Design, execute, and manage sales enablement and readiness plans, approach, and tactics that will enable the sales teams to have valuable consultations and dialogues with clients. • Design, execute, and manage communication plans, approach, and tactics for key messaging delivered to our strategic partners and our clients. • Design and develop external facing tools, materials, and collateral for used by Sales teams. • Interface with cross functional teams across the organization to deliver tools, programs, content, information, and insights with the goal of supporting GTM strategies.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Product Management or related field
  • Five years' experience developing strategies and tactics in go-to market, marketing, and product management in the Healthcare FinTech or Healthcare Marketing industry
  • Experience and knowledge in Treasury Management is a plus but not required
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills and problem solving
  • Data-driven analytical skills
  • Ability to operate and thrive in ambiguous circumstances
  • Strong business instincts coupled with knowing how /when to take calculated risks and being able to react quickly in a constantly changing and highly competitive environment
  • Strong ability to collaborate with people of all positions and grade levels
  • Strong PC skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
