Job Description
• Own messaging, execute launches, and actively leverage the voice of the customer to refine proof points and campaign narratives
• Collaborate closely with Sales/Presales, Growth Marketing, Product, and Partner teams to build insights, assets, and enablement that convert interest into revenue
• Create high-impact content - build presentations, one-pagers, campaign briefs, and enablement tools that make messaging actionable for Sales and Partners
• Own messaging and persona alignment - build and maintain differentiated value messaging frameworks, value stories and proof points across defined use cases within the shared portfolio
• Plan and execute launches - partner with cross-functional teams to bring new capabilities and updates to market via messaging, content, and enablement
• Translate product innovation into customer value - work closely with Product Management to ensure every release connects to a real buyer or user problem
• Maintain competitive insight - monitor market shifts, competitors, and analyst coverage; update tools and positioning accordingly
• Use the Voice of the Customer - gather, document, and apply customer quotes, feedback, and proof to strengthen messaging and credibility
• Enable Sales and Partners - deliver clear, persona-based materials that help sellers and partners engage effectively in the field
• Collaborate across GTM - work side-by-side with Growth Marketing, Sales, and Product to ensure alignment from awareness through deal support
• Measure and refine - track content usage, conversion impact, and enablement outcomes; report insights to refine GTM programs
Job Requirements
- 5-8 years in product marketing or GTM roles within enterprise B2B SaaS, ideally focused on supply chain, logistics, order-to-cash, or supplier collaboration - experience in supply chain is mandatory
- Strong understanding of platform-based or data monetization GTM models and how to articulate ecosystem or network value
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions to create assets that accelerate the buyer journey
- Proven track record driving launch readiness and building messaging rooted in customer insight
- Experience supporting partner and channel-led GTM initiatives preferred
