Job Description

• Design and implement training programs, including new-hire onboarding and ongoing education for the entire go-to-market team. • Manage and maintain a library of sales and customer success content and resources to ensure teams have what they need to succeed. • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and relevant learning modules. • Analyze performance data to identify knowledge gaps and areas for improvement for both sales and customer success. • Develop and deliver enablement programs for product launches, new messaging, and go-to-market initiatives. • Measure the effectiveness of enablement programs and report on key outcomes to leadership. • Partner with Sales and Customer Success leadership to understand enablement priorities and align on a strategic roadmap.

Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience), required.
  • Proven experience in a revenue enablement, sales enablement, or training role.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience with sales or customer success enablement platforms (e.g., Highspot, Seismic, Mindtickle) is nice-to-have.
  • Experience working in a B2B SaaS environment is nice-to-have.
  • Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory is nice-to-have.
