• Define and maintain the engine roadmap across onboarding, LLM readiness, GPU support, bilingual engines, and ongoing maintenance. • Prioritize work across new engine onboarding, test harness completion, legacy engine upkeep, and cross-functional initiatives in support of other internal teams. • Own KPI definitions, internal analytics, and dashboards measuring engine reliability, throughput, onboarding cycle time, defect rates, and production readiness. • Lead cognitive vendor onboarding end-to-end, including QBRs, performance monitoring, contract readiness, and integration expectations. • Serve as the connective tissue between Engines, AI Data (Search), Solutions, Platform (aiWARE), and business unit stakeholders. • Produce and maintain clear documentation for Engine onboarding processes, Testing and validation, Production readiness and maintenance expectations, KPI dashboards & reporting.
