• Product management & AI strategy: identify, prioritize, and scope AI use cases in collaboration with business teams. • Structure the product roadmap and ensure AI projects are aligned with operational needs. • Define value, performance, and acceptance criteria for AI solutions. • Coordination & agility: facilitate Agile rituals with internal teams and external integrators. • Work closely with the AI Factory and multi-LLM teams. • Coordinate communications with nearly 40 internal stakeholders to ensure clear understanding and adoption of solutions. • Delivery tracking and quality: secure the delivery of AI tools and their integration into the existing ecosystem. • Perform regular monitoring of developments and performance. • Contribute to the deployment of an omnichannel bot (ITSM / Teams) and other user assistance tools.
