• Define and lead the overall Product vision, strategy and execution for the Drug Pathways, Member and Partner Experience domains. • Manage, mentor, and coach a team of Sr Product Managers, fostering product management excellence, high accountability, and strong collaboration across the organization. • Oversee and ensure the execution of the full product lifecycle, working cross-functionally to guide your products from discovery to execution, supporting our mission to drive down drug costs through best-in-class Partner and Member experiences. • Support your teams PRD / UX design development through collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders. • Define, collect, and track the appropriate user, product, and business metrics, both quantitative and qualitative, across the entire Drug Pathways portfolio.
