• Define the long-term product vision and roadmap for data governance and MDM capabilities • Translate business, regulatory, and technical needs into clear product requirements for governance services • Partner with data engineering teams to design and implement scalable governance frameworks and MDM solutions • Lead the development of master data models and entity domains in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders • Establish and track success metrics for data quality, stewardship effectiveness, metadata completeness, and adoption of governed data domains • Champion data ownership models, stewardship frameworks, and governance policies consistent with DAMA-DMBOK, DCAM, or data mesh principles • Collaborate with Security, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure adherence to privacy regulations • Influence enterprise data strategy by promoting a culture of data accountability • Communicate complex governance concepts to executive audiences • Drive adoption of governance and MDM platforms through user training
