Job Description
• Ensure sub-delegated entities meet regulatory, contractual, and organizational standards
• Conduct pre-delegation and annual oversight audits
• Evaluate clinical documentation and utilization decisions
• Monitor and track corrective action plans
• Collaborate with internal departments and external entities
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years clinical practice
- At least three years of managed care experience in an IPA/HMO/Medical Group
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Leadership skills
