Job Description

• Partner with the Sales team to build annual and quarterly dealer marketing calendars aligned with product launches, promotions, and commercial priorities • Translate business objectives into integrated campaigns across digital and event channels • Collaborate with Product Management and Sales to align messaging, timing, and promotional offers for each dealer partner • Manage end-to-end execution of dealer marketing campaigns through HubSpot and related platforms • Coordinate with the Content & Digital team to deliver creative assets, paid media support, and social amplification for key campaigns • Monitor campaign performance using dashboards and analytics tools; analyze data to optimize spend and improve ROI • Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for key dealer partners

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business
5+ years of marketing experience with a focus on digital and e-commerce strategy
Knowledge of the dental or orthodontic industry strongly preferred
Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns with attention to detail, timing, and ROI
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments
Hands-on experience in HubSpot for campaign automation, email marketing, and reporting preferred
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics and Excel.
