Job Description

• Customizing and implementing appropriate applications and solutions for external clients • Analyzing client needs and participating in the design of business process requirements • Translating business requirements into off-the-shelf and customization specifications • Testing, documenting, and training client personnel on functional and business applications software • Guiding others in resolving complex issues in specialized area based on existing solutions and procedures
