Job Description

• Assist with reviewing applications and resumes for open requisitions • Learn and execute sourcing best practices through LinkedIn and other platforms • Help coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communication • Contribute to projects related to university relations and internship program logistics • Maintain accurate candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Must be enrolled in a Bachelor’s program (rising Sophomore, Junior, or Senior) or Master’s program
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with project tracker tools a plus (Monday.com, etc)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
