• Own and prepare SEC filings, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and other required public company disclosures • Lead full-cycle accounting operations, including month-end and quarter-end close • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with GAAP, SOX, and ASC 606 • Prepare and review technical accounting memos and support audits and external reporting requirements • Manage and develop a small accounting team (1–2 direct reports) • Oversee internal controls, compliance processes, and coordination with external auditors and advisors • Maintain and improve accounting processes, policies, and documentation in a fast-paced environment • Work closely with cross-functional leaders to support business initiatives and future growth • Operate comfortably in the details while maintaining a strategic mindset
