Job Description

• Architect the Source of Truth: Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of company-wide financial and operational metrics tracking within PowerBI, transforming raw data into actionable executive insights. • Own the Narrative: Drive monthly reporting (budget variances, P&L, MD&A), keeping leadership informed with high-impact visuals and data storytelling. • Master Workforce Planning: Wield the Applicant Tracking System (Lever) like a champion to optimize headcount modeling and global hiring trends. • Decode the Sales Engine: Dive deep into Salesforce.com, collaborating with Sales Ops to unlock productivity insights and revenue drivers. • Lead Spend Operations: Charge forward on Purchasing and Travel policy updates, wielding tools like Tropic and Ramp to maximize efficiency. • Financial Analysis Guru: Tackle complex costing, P&L activities, and strategic initiatives that move the needle. • Partner with the A-Team: Support month-end close, audits, and cross-functional projects with the broader Finance team.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance (3–5 years’ experience, or less with an advanced degree).
  • Technical Powerhouse: Advanced PowerBI skills (DAX, Power Query, Data Modeling) with a proven track record of building company-wide dashboards.
  • Systems Expert: Proficiency in Excel (modeling wizardry) and experience with ERP/CRM tools (NetSuite and Salesforce.com preferred).
  • SaaS Savvy: Strong understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, Churn, CAC/LTV) and cost accounting.
  • Soft Skills: Executive presence with stellar communication; ability to translate complex data into "so-what" insights for leadership.
  • Mindset: Action-oriented, resourceful, and a "continuous improvement" champion who meets deadlines like a boss.
  • Travel: Ability to travel occasionally for team offsites or strategic planning.
  • Location/Timezone: Must Be Prepared To Work East Coast Hours
