Job Description

• Create and publish engaging content across all social media platforms, including Facebook and LinkedIn. • Monitor social media channels, respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely manner, and escalate issues to the appropriate team members as needed • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals and initiatives • Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of our social media efforts and make data-driven recommendations for improvement

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices for content creation and engagement
Excellent communication skills and ability to craft engaging and compelling social media copy
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Basic knowledge of social media analytics and ability to track and analyze performance metrics to inform decision-making
Open to all qualified transitioning active-duty U.S. service members, both officer and enlisted, of any rank and branch.
Must have 180 days of active duty service remaining before the date of separation and have obtained approval or be in the approval process from the unit/command.
