- Optimize processes, campaigns, branding and digital presence
- Ensure quality and consistency across all touchpoints
- Gather insights and implement continuous improvements
- Ensure team performance, well-being and development
- Approve hires and support recruitment and onboarding
- Work with internal teams (Business, Digital, Experience, Sales) to optimize leads, sign-ups and automations
- Monitor KPIs and collaborate on dashboard management
