Job Description

• Develop and lead the internal audit function for the organization • Plan and conduct compliance, financial and operational audits • Maintain and strengthen a world-class internal control environment • Direct the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) program • Oversee risk assessment, audit planning, and execution of audit plans • Foster a culture of proactive risk management across the organization • Communicate audit reports and recommendations to executive leadership • Develop and execute a comprehensive SSAE SOC1 audit plan

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or related area of study
Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or Certified Information System Auditor (CISA)
15 years' work experience in business or finance including 8 years PBM or healthcare experience
10 years of leadership/people management experience
Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
