Job Description

• Grow, maintain and administer server and application infrastructure • Handle escalations during major issues and communicate with customers • Ensure proper management of customer calls/tickets by the L1 team • Assist clients in resolving client-side issues not resolved by junior team members • Provide technical support for Level I-III issues via helpdesk and telephone • Create technical solutions for clients such as custom setup, upgrade, and migration plans • Follow up with unsatisfied customers to ensure issues are resolved and satisfaction is maintained

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of the Linux operating system
Experience with maintenance and support of Linux environments on bare-metal, virtual machines, cloud, and containers
B.E Computer, MCA, BCA preferred
Redhat certifications preferred
Fluent communication in English and Hindi
