Job Requirements
- 7+ years of total experience.
- At least 3 years in SaaS/tech sales + 2 years in leadership or sales management.
- Proven ability to exceed revenue targets and run a repeatable sales process.
- Strong outbound prospecting expertise and able to generate a pipeline independently.
- Deep understanding of CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), sales metrics, and forecasting.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- High ownership mindset: self-motivated, data-driven, and performance-oriented.
- Comfortable working across two brands and managing multiple pipelines simultaneously.
