• Partner with Strategic Account Executives to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles with C-level and VP-level executives across the Central region • Create and demo custom environments tailored to customer industry, region, and line of business • Run and manage technical POC cycles end-to-end, including success criteria definition, setup, execution, and readouts • Perform customer-facing activities including technical discovery calls, architecture reviews, and solution design sessions • Lead security and compliance conversations to make customers comfortable with Glean’s security posture and data handling • Work cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to deliver customer requests and be a strong voice of the customer for Central-region needs • Develop ROI and business justification reports and presentations that tie Glean to measurable outcomes for strategic accounts
