Job Description
• Provide comprehensive legal support across Integer’s business units
• Serve as primary legal contact for Supply Chain and IT
• Draft, review, and negotiate various agreements
• Advise on non-disclosure agreements and amendments
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
• Collaborate with internal clients, customers, vendors, and outside counsel
• Manage contract workflows and oversee tracking systems
• Identify opportunities to improve legal operations
Job Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree from an accredited institution
- Current member in good standing of a bar association in a U.S. State
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience with a mid-sized to major law firm and/or in-house legal department as a practicing transactional attorney
- Strong background in contract drafting and negotiation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Sound judgment, critical thinking and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and contribute to cross-functional teams
- Excellent organizational skills
