Job Description
Job Requirements
- BA/BS in Accounting, CPA preferred, Big 4 Preferred
- Experience in Big 4 public accounting or fintech/crypto industries is a plus
- 5-8 years of progressive experience, preferably with corporate accounting experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in people management within an accounting function
- Experience with high-growth early stage companies is highly desired
- Proven ability to work in a remote environment and complete tasks independently
- Demonstrated experience streamlining processes and accelerating close timelines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Prior experience with Netsuite and ERP system implementations is preferred
