• Provide strategic guidance on federal capture, bidding strategy, and market positioning. • Review capabilities, compliance posture, and operational frameworks to ensure alignment with federal standards. • Offer insight on agency-specific priorities across DoD, DHS, HHS, VA, DoC, and others. • Advise on teaming approaches, subcontracting strategy, and competitive differentiation. • Participate in periodic advisory meetings (virtual). • Share best practices in staffing, logistics support, recruitment operations, and advertising for government audiences. • Support leadership with high-level decision-making—not day-to-day execution.
