Job Description

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities. • Schedule meetings and contribute to sales pipeline growth. • Conduct active prospecting of new clients via calls, emails, and social media. • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team. • Maintain close relationships with leads to understand their needs and present suitable solutions. • Use CRM tools to manage and record all prospecting and qualification activities. • Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead-generation strategies. • Participate in training and team meetings to continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
  • Experience in sales or business development.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, preferably HubSpot.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a dynamic environment.
  • Proactivity and results-oriented mindset.
  • Previous experience in B2B sales.
  • Knowledge of consultative selling techniques.
  • Experience with marketing automation and prospecting tools.
