Job Description
• Expand our presence in the U.S. medical device market focusing on collagen and hyaluronic acid product applications
• Serve as the strategic bridge between U.S. clients and R&D/manufacturing teams in Taiwan
• Maintain and strengthen partnerships with existing OEM/ODM clients
• Support product and technical coordination between U.S. customers and Taiwan factories
• Drive new business growth and expand both client and distributor networks
• Organize product presentations and represent the company at major U.S. medical trade shows
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends
• Collect and analyze customer and clinician feedback
• Provide weekly updates and sales reports to the Taiwan HQ
• Submit visit summaries and opportunity assessments regularly
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Marketing, or International Business (Master’s preferred)
- 3 – 5+ years in medical device sales, business development, or distribution management (B2B/B2D)
- Strong understanding of U.S. FDA Class I/II/III medical device regulations and distribution models
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
- Proficiency in a second language is a plus
- Proven ability to manage relationships with major distributors, clinic chains, physician groups, and surgical centers
- Experience promoting medical devices in ENT or dental fields
