Job Description

• Lead offensive security operations and maintain strong cross functional relationships • Drive remediation of findings and adoption of security controls • Lead and develop a diverse set of security engineers across many security domains • Contribute to broader preventative control initiatives and inform Detection and Response strategy

Job Requirements

Direct experience managing a hybrid team of in-person and remote engineers
Track record of mentoring and developing high-performing security engineering teams
Empathetic leader who cultivates a culture of psychological safety and inclusion
Prefer risk driven, scalable security approaches
Well versed in adversary techniques and modern threat landscapes
Experience running red team operations or adversary emulation scenarios
Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable security solutions, tools or platforms for threat detection, intelligence gathering, or attack simulation
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve organizational security posture
Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts
Ability to drive success with minimal process
