Job Requirements
- 7+ years of account management experience in multifamily, SaaS, or digital marketing; with proven success supporting enterprise and national portfolios.
- Established network across Texas, Southeast, or West Regions with trusted relationships in the multifamily space.
- Demonstrated ability to manage $3M+ in ARR portfolios while maintaining 90%+ retention.
- Skilled at building executive-level relationships while maintaining engagement with day-to-day operators.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect digital marketing strategies to client financial outcomes.
- Demonstrated success in expanding accounts through upselling and cross-sell strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, confident in front of executives and skilled at simplifying complex data.
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage complex account plans.
- Collaborative leader who partners cross-functionally and can influence without direct authority.
- Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapts quickly to change.
