• Maintain and optimize legal department tools, systems, and databases (e.g., contract lifecycle management, document management, e-billing). • Track legal team performance metrics and report on KPIs. • Assist in managing vendor relationships, outside counsel billing, and budgeting. • Coordinate contract intake and approval workflows with cross-functional teams (Sales, Procurement, Finance). • Support the implementation and adoption of legal technology solutions. • Create and maintain legal documentation, playbooks, and knowledge management systems. • Facilitate process improvements for contract review, compliance tracking, and other legal functions. • Collaborate with stakeholders across legal, compliance, and operations to drive strategic initiatives.
