Job Description
Job Requirements
- 5+ years in technical roles (engineering, solutions engineering or technical support)
- 2+ years leading or mentoring technical teams
- Strong coding ability (TypeScript & Rust preferred)
- Proven experience improving developer workflows, processes, and automation
- Excellent communicator with empathy for both engineers and customers
- Deep understanding of crypto ecosystems (Solana preferred)
- High agency and comfort operating in a fast-moving, early-stage environment
- Nice to Have: Open-source experience or contributions to Solana tooling
- Nice to Have: Prior startup experience or work in a small, fast-moving team
- Nice to Have: Exposure to pre-sales engineering, enterprise integrations, or technical account management
