Able to understand the nuances of structured and unstructured data and use cases for Private RAG solutions. • Collaborate with internal teams to craft accurate and persuasive responses to RFPs. • Facilitate workshops to identify customer challenges, propose solutions, and quantify business value. • Ensure smooth handoffs to post-sales Customer Success and Services teams for implementation and ongoing support. • Partner with Product Management and Engineering to align product capabilities with customer expectations and market demands.
