• Lead and manage the end-to-end migration process, ensuring all phases — from discovery through transition — are delivered successfully and on schedule. • Collaborate closely with internal IT teams, business stakeholders and external vendors to define requirements, establish timelines and ensure smooth execution. • Identify, assess and document migration requirements, including systems, data and workflows. • Apply expertise in SharePoint migrations to guide best practices and avoid common risks; knowledge of iManage is a plus (training can be provided). • Develop and maintain project governance: documentation, policies, tracking mechanisms and escalation paths. • Facilitate clear communication between cross-functional teams and leadership; ensure visibility of progress, risks and dependencies. • Conduct training sessions or knowledge-transfer meetings related to new systems or changes resulting from the migration. • Drive tasks to execution, set expectations, monitor progress and ensure deliverables meet established quality and timing standards. • Prepare status reports, action logs and project documentation as required.
