• Build a strong foundation across core accounting functions by owning hands-on work from day one • Support accurate, timely month-end, quarterly, and year-end close processes as PHM grows • Develop strong judgment, discipline, and analytical skills by working closely with senior finance leadership • Process accounting transactions in accordance with U.S. GAAP and PHM internal control policies • Prepare monthly account reconciliations, journal entries, and supporting financial schedules • Assist with revenue recognition and expense analysis • Support preparation of monthly financial statements and variance analysis versus budget and forecast • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, including proper coding, cash disbursements, and cash applications • Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities • Prepare audit schedules and documentation for financial statement and compliance audits • Partner with internal stakeholders across operations and clinical support teams • Identify opportunities to improve processes and help scale finance operations thoughtfully as PHM grows
