• Analyze, organize, update financial records • Perform regular, detailed audits to ensure accuracy in financial documents, expenditures, and investments • Perform daily reconciliation of credit card, bank accounts, cash accounts, spending accounts, etc • Setup financial accounts as needed • Oversee ledger reconciliation and manage accounts payable/receivables • Liaise with Tax Accountants to track tax payments and returns • Monitor bookkeeping activities regularly • Keep company financial information confidential • Ensure vendor accounts are kept up to date for the entire organization • Inventory Management
