Job Description

• Manage leads generated by the marketing department and set up virtual meetings with potential clients (International Startup Founders). • Educate startup founders about Qubit Capital's services, highlighting how it works and its benefits. • Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction. • Create and execute sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets. • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing campaigns and strategies. • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks. • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM.

Job Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of work experience in business development managerial profile, with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful strategies.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for startups, technology, and fundraising.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • International B2B sales experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
