• Lead, mentor, and develop the field support team to ensure processes and procedures are consistently followed • Ensure the team is delivering world-class customer service while minimizing overall maintenance cost • Own and manage relationships with JSSI´s key vendors • Contribute to cross-functional efforts to deliver an accurate Airframe Business forecast • Act as the primary bridge between customers and the technical team to prevent and resolve complications • Leverage technology to improve process efficiency.
