Job Description
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Marketing to create and execute winning pre-sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Differentiate Securin’s offerings through competitive analysis, market insights, and positioning.
• Build repeatable best-practice frameworks, security maturity models, and ROI tools that quantify customer impact.
• Leverage AI/automation tools to scale solution design, PoC execution, proposal creation, and technical qualification.
• Lead client-facing activities: presentations, demos, workshops, whiteboarding, technical discovery, and PoCs.
• Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders, from C-level executives to technical teams.
• Map and analyze customer workflows, highlighting where Securin integrates to deliver measurable improvements.
• Translate technical capabilities into clear, compelling business outcomes and risk reduction.
• Architect tailored cybersecurity solutions aligned with customer objectives and workflows.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to bridge product capabilities with real-world client requirements.
• Manage prototypes/PoCs, driving customers to “technical win” and de-risking adoption.
• Establish technical thought leadership through solution architectures, integration patterns, and adoption roadmaps.
• Increase average deal size through value articulation and solution expansion.
• Improve win rates by demonstrating business impact and technical strength.
• Reduce deal cycle times by streamlining technical validation and accelerating decision-making.
• Support pipeline growth across new business, upsell, cross-sell, and renewals.
• Represent Securin at conferences and industry events, evangelizing proactive security and CTEM.
• Provide structured input back to Product and Engineering to shape roadmap priorities.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in pre-sales consulting, solution architecture, or cybersecurity technical leadership.
- 7+ years of experience with 4+ in Cybersecurity..
- Strong technical foundation in cybersecurity technologies, architectures, and frameworks.
- Exceptional ability to articulate both business value (ROI, efficiency, risk reduction) and technical value (integration, scalability, security fit).
- Skilled in understanding and mapping customer workflows, and demonstrating how solutions integrate to improve them.
- Proficiency in leveraging AI and automation tools to scale pre-sales operations and drive efficiencies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong business acumen with a customer-centric, outcomes-focused approach.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, IT, or related field (CISSP, CISM, CEH, or similar certifications a plus).
