Job Description
• Proactively identify and engage prospective residential and commercial clients through cold outreach, networking, and local marketing efforts
• Educate potential clients on TruBlue's range of home maintenance, renovation and handyman services
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing
• Establish relationships with HOAs, property managers, real estate professionals, senior service providers, and small business owners
• Represent TruBlue at community events, business expos, and networking groups to promote brand visibility
• Collaborate with operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals with a focus on sustainable growth
Job Requirements
- Proven sales experience (B2C and/or B2B) preferred, but not required
- Self-motivated with strong communication, networking, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with the northern Virginia area and local communities is a plus
- Passionate about helping others and making a difference in people's homes and lives
- Must have reliable transportation
