• Championing of key market insights and the voice of the customer and product commercial representation. • Ownership of the process and documentation to facilitate: • Creation of product assets that combine both product rich information into easily consumed documentation • That customer and market inputs have been identified, resolved into key project requirements, conduct research, and seek conceptual alignment with the product team. • Version control and prioritized feature development of scaling tools such as the Glydways system simulator, ridership projections, system calculators. • Consolidation of product deviations/ variants into strategic initiatives based on project value to feed future product roadmap • Work, and grow, with the team to ensure insights are incorporated into proposals and support the “tip of the spear” on feature goal setting and market adoption.
