• Lead the NetSuite team of administrators and developers, setting clear priorities and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. • Define and implement an agile or scrum-based delivery framework for NetSuite-related work (sprint planning, backlog management, retrospectives). • Coach and develop team members—providing guidance on prioritization, technical approaches, and professional growth. • Build a high-performing team culture centered on trust, innovation, and delivery excellence. • Facilitate stakeholder sessions to define pain points, desired outcomes, and success metrics; evaluate requests for feasibility, ROI, and alignment with company priorities. • Partner with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and other functions to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation. • Own the NetSuite roadmap — balancing strategic initiatives, enhancements, and maintenance activities. • Be a hands-on contributor — actively configure, troubleshoot, and enhance NetSuite when needed to keep initiatives moving and model technical excellence for the team. • Maintain deep understanding of NetSuite modules, scripting, integrations, and best practices.
