Job Description

• Lead the delivery of Akselos’ structural Digital Twin projects, ensuring excellence across all delivery stages. • Act as a trusted advisor to major energy clients, promoting the value of Akselos’ technology and services. • Partner with Sales during pre-sales, scoping, and proposal phases. • Ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. • Collaborate with technical and software teams to adapt solutions to project needs. • Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous improvement. • Contribute to refining Akselos’ delivery methodologies and processes.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Structural, or Civil Engineering, or an equivalent technical field.
  • Proven background in asset integrity management within the Chemicals, Downstream, and/or Upstream Energy sectors.
  • Demonstrated success as a project manager in asset or energy-related fields, managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
  • Strong technical understanding of simulation engineering processes and model validation workflows.
  • Experienced in SaaS solution deployment and formulation in customer-facing environments.
  • Ability and willingness to travel internationally to support client and project needs.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and team-focused with demonstrated leadership ability in dynamic, customer-facing settings.
  • Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of addressing technical and operational challenges effectively.
  • A team player with high integrity, professionalism, optimism, and a positive attitude toward innovation and collaboration.
