• Own end-to-end recruiting for high-priority technical roles across tech (AI/ML, Product, Data Science, Development, etc). • Build and nurture pipelines of passive candidates through creative outreach, talent mapping, and market research • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand team needs, define profiles, and calibrate on quality • Write compelling outreach messages and pitch our startups with clarity, insight, and enthusiasm • Track candidate data, metrics, and pipeline health using our ATS (Ashby) • Deliver a thoughtful, white-glove candidate experience from first touch through close • Collaborate on employer brand and recruiting content where helpful
