Job Description
• Support customer engagement and loyalty initiatives by developing and executing targeted email marketing strategies.
• Enhance customer retention through personalized content and campaigns.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, BI, Design and Operation teams to maximize customer lifetime value and contribute to direct-to-consumer hypergrowth.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in email marketing or customer retention within the e-commerce or consumer goods industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
- Demonstrated ability to drive results through effective email segmentation, A/B testing, and campaign optimization.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics to inform decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
