Job Requirements
- 2-5 years’ experience in venture capital, investment banking, management consulting, or a related field, preferably with exposure to healthcare or insurance
- Experience with financial modeling and analysis
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and network within the healthcare, insurance, and venture capital communities
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation
- Intellectual curiosity and ability to ask hard questions within complex domains, including comfort and familiarity with technical due diligence
- Track record of good judgment and ability to navigate ambiguity
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
