• Directly source a rich pipeline of talent for an assigned portfolio of searches • Partner closely with hiring managers and Recruiters to develop effective sourcing and outreach strategies • Develop insights from targeted sourcing experiments and talent research and use those insights to influence hiring managers and improve the trajectory of your searches • Institutionalize and compound our talent strategies, competitive intelligence, and outreach content to make the whole team more effective at sourcing • Own the early-stage candidate experience and make it a positive and memorable journey, even for candidates who do not join us • Lead various projects and programs to improve and support our sourcing and recruiting efforts overall
